1- In a few words Who is Josefa, how do you define yourself?
I define myself as a responsible, active and perfectionist person.
2- How long have you been working at Julián Soler and what are your duties?
At the moment I am a filler, but I have done various jobs over the years in the production department, such as filler, concentrator, and handling the forklift.
3- What motivates you most about working at Julián Soler?
What motivates me most is experiencing new work experiences, developing new skills and acquiring knowledge.
4- How have you seen the evolution of the company since you joined?
The evolution is very positive, it is a great company to which I am committed, I am grateful for the trust and I carry out my tasks on a daily basis with the desire to live up to and achieve the objectives.
5- How would you rate your work experience at Julián Soler?
I am the first woman hired in the production chain, so for me the experience is rewarding, of responsibility and recognition of my capacity and work performance.
6- Tell us an amusing anecdote related to your work
One day I was very amused by something that happened with my colleagues. When I took several boxes that were going to be thrown away at the factory to store clothes, some of my colleagues joked that when this happened, they understood that I was separating from my husband and the boxes were used to store things that had to be taken out of the house. It was the way they said it and the tone in which they said it that I found very funny.
7- If you had a time machine, what era would you go to and why?
I miss the mid 90’s and 2000’s where my children were born and I enjoyed watching them grow up, take their first steps, start school etc. It has all gone by so quickly.
8- Is there anyone you admire, a reference?
Yes, undoubtedly my mother. A self-sacrificing, hard-working woman, in short, a fighter who had to raise 7 children in a very difficult economic context.
9- Recommend us a series, film, book, song, etc.
I recommend the film Titanic, the book of the little prince and a song that also serves as a soundtrack, a star is born.
10- The next country or city you are going to visit for pleasure?
I would like to go to Istanbul, Prague or Paris, but I haven’t planned it yet. The last thing I visited with my husband, friends and family was Pamplona and the surrounding area. We visited Elizondo, the town where the Baztan Valley Trilogy is set, and I really enjoyed it.
