The origin of a pioneering decision
The history of JULIAN SOLER began in 1968 with a pioneering project in Spain: to commit to grape juice concentrate as an ingredient with a future.
It was the beginning of a journey built with vision and rigour, always prioritising what matters most: authenticity, consistency and respect for the raw material.
