Our unique process guarantees quality and year-round supply
Producers since 1968.
We combine the production of grape juice concentrate in our own facilities with the purchase of raw material from local cooperatives, under a dual model that guarantees supply and quality all year round.
Traceability from the vineyard
1
Cultivation and harvest
The quality of our product begins in the vineyard, with 100% Vitis Vinifera grapes harvested at their optimum point of ripeness.
2
Direct unloading
Fresh grapes are unloaded at our facilities, allowing us to control full traceability of our product.
3
Quality control in our laboratory
Grapes and free-run grape juice are analysed and classified using advanced juice analysis technology.
4
Grape juice concentrate production
We have 4 evaporators and an annual production capacity of 80,000 tonnes of grape juice concentrate, enabling us to provide uninterrupted service with stable quality throughout the year.
5
Filtration and temperature-controlled storage
After final filtration, the grape juice concentrate is stored at controlled temperature to preserve maximum quality, maintaining its integrity as a 100% natural clean label ingredient.
6
Packaging and freezing
We select the format according to the application, destination and operational needs of each customer.

YOUR PARTNER IN GRAPE SOLUTIONS
We export to all 5 continents from La Manchuela, in Castilla-La Mancha, the world’s largest wine-growing region.
During the concentration of grape juice concentrate, vegetable water from the grape itself is generated. This water is reused as process water in our own facilities, as well as to irrigate our vineyards, closing a natural cycle that connects process, land and raw material.
We work exclusively with sustainable energy sources, such as solar energy and biomass, as part of our commitment to the environment.
