QUALITY AND R&D LABORATORY

Analytical control at every stage

The laboratory is the heart of JULIAN SOLER’s quality system. From grape reception to shipment of the finished product, each batch undergoes rigorous control to guarantee food safety and compliance with each customer’s specifications.

What we analyse

Always starting from the grape as the source, every stage of our production process has associated quality controls that guarantee the traceability and authenticity of each batch. We verify the absence of pesticide residues, contaminants and ochratoxin A.

We develop new products and special qualities together with our customers. We adapt grape juice concentrate to specific formulations, specific industrial processes or new market requirements.
